The Work:
- Gather requirements and produce models and specifications
- Prepare test data, scripts, environment, and execute tests
- Create cutover plans, data migration strategies, and execute cutover
- Guide developers and testers as part of an agile scrum process
- Provide Hypercare, training, and change management activities such as stakeholder engagement and communications

Qualifications
Here's what you Need:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience (12 years); or an associate degree with 6 years of work experience.
- 1+ years of experience in one or more of these technologies:PLM, MES/MOM,PLC/SCADA,Internet of Things (IoT) platforms,Manufacturing IT Systems integration
- 3+ years of experience in project management or delivery
- 3+ years of exposure to manufacturing process
- Experience with commercial off the shelf MES/MOM products (ex. PAS|X, Syncade, Rockwell, etc)
- Experience with Middleware platforms (MII, Biztalk, Mulesoft, Tibco, etc)
- Knowledge of Network infrastructure and cybersecurity fundamentals
- Understanding of related ERP modules (ex: SAP PP, PI, QM, etc.)
- Understanding of Plant Control Systems (DCS, PLC, IIOT devices)
- Experience with tools for reporting and analytics (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, SSRS, etc.)
- Experience with mainstream databases (Oracle, SQL Server, etc)
- Understanding of typical process models (scheduling, receiving, dispatch, etc.) and reference architecture like ISA95/ISA88
- Experience with multiple software development lifecycles.
