This position is for an Application Developer role where you will be tasked with building or maintaining various solutions for clients. In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain leadership experience by mentoring junior developers and helping to train those developers in best practices. The work:
- Works closely with the principal developer/lead to understand the requirements
- Develops and configures complex code such as API connections, web applications, mobile apps, and other software application types
- Develops using best practices and writes clean, well-documented code
- Complies with and helps to enforce design and coding standards
- Ensures documentation is well maintained
- Mentors junior developers and performs code reviews for quality control
- Reports status, issues, and risks to technical leads on a regular basis
- Works collaboratively with test teams during unit testing and UAT phases to fix assigned bugs with quality

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of professional development experience in Java and/or .NET or other similar development language
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate's Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
- Experience in a team lead role
- RPA Certification/experience (Blue Prism, UiPath, PEGA, or similar)
- Experience with chatbot technologies
- Frontend development experience
- Experience with Selenium
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Proven ability to work effectively in a dynamic fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills

Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
