As an Assistant Warehouse Manager, also known as Assistant Reusable Asset Depot (RAD) Manager, you'll get to handle all administrative and operational functions for the designated location, travel to other company locations for additional on-the-job-training and could eventually relocate to another company location permanently to manage the site! We want this person to grow into a vital piece of one site and take their leadership to other sites if necessary!

What You'll Do
- Learn how to and assist with managing customer relationships for Relogistics Services
- Work with the On-Site Manager (OSM) to set shift/operating schedule to best service the local customer(s)
- Assist with recruiting, developing, and managing employees
- Ensure company policies regarding Safety and HR are followed
- Order and maintain supplies and arrange for office equipment maintenance
- Assist employees with general administrative questions regarding employment, pay, benefits, etc.
- Perform basic financial data entry
- Assist with forklift driver duties as needed
- Track movements in a timely/legible manner on the proper forms
- Assist in managing employee relations issues, locally, in conjunction with the OSM
- Other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 3 or more years of related administrative and operational experience
- 1-2 years of previous management and/or supervisory experience is required
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing, supply chain/logistics, or distribution environment is preferred
- Desire and ability to provide excellent customer service to all levels of the organization as well as to visitors and customers
- Forklift certifications required
- Must possess a valid driver's license to allow for travel to various company locations, if required by the company
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Office products required.

- Ability to work in extreme conditions to include, but not limited to, elements, heat, cold, and air particulate

- May be required to lift pallets by hand, each weighing between 50 lbs. to 75 lbs.
