As a Social Media Specialist at Zwift, you will tap into your knowledge of social trends and best practices to produce engaging, culturally resonant content in response to campaign briefs. This role is exciting because you’ll get to work on projects that promote fun and engaging experiences in fitness, while also driving awareness and engagement for the Zwift brand. You’ll collaborate closely with our Creative, Marketing, and Product teams to develop innovative ideas that align with our goals and enhance the Zwift community experience. Additionally, you'll work with an external network of content creators to populate our channels, ensuring a diverse and dynamic content mix. We are looking for you to join us full-time, for a 6 month fixed term contract.
What you’ll do:
- Produce and publish culturally resonant social media content in response to campaign briefs to drive engagement and brand awareness
- Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, and Product teams to brainstorm and develop innovative content strategies that align with Zwift’s goals
- Manage social media campaigns from ideation through to execution, ensuring all elements are aligned with the overall marketing strategy and goals
- Work closely with an external network of content creators and influencers to generate a diverse and dynamic content mix for our social media channels
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics using analytics tools to assess content effectiveness and inform future strategies
- Engage with the Zwift community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries, fostering meaningful interactions and enhancing brand loyalty
What we’re looking for:
- 1-3 years of experience in a social media role on an in-house marketing or agency environment
- Proven experience in managing social media campaigns from ideation through to execution, demonstrating excellent project management skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external content creators
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail, ensuring all content is delivered on time and meets brand standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of crafting compelling messaging that resonates with our audience.
- Experience using social media analytics tools to track performance metrics and make data-driven decisions for content improvement
Bonus points:
- Specific knowledge of cycling and triathlon
- Experience producing social media content in collaboration with athletes or within the sports marketing industry
- Knowledge of Zwift Product Experience and Zwift Community
- Knowledge of cycling and/or triathlon
