The Team & Role

Your demonstrated experience leading implementation teams, working at the enterprise level, with technical and functional fluency, to deliver multiple moderate to complex solutions covering domestic or international regions will enable you to successfully drive the delivery team, and monitor project quality, financials, risk, and delivery performance for Zuora implementations. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of Zuora implementation engagements, ensuring that the program remains on time, within budget, and meets the customer's outcome expectations.

Because you already have experience implementing Enterprise software systems, have technical/functional knowledge and are proficient with Enterprise SaaS, ERP or Order to Revenue systems, you will be able to start performing on day one. Your love for multi-tasking will prove useful as you will be responsible for managing the project plans and leading the implementations for multiple projects at a time. Successful Solution Delivery Managers at Zuora have a healthy sense of risk and are able to proactively manage risk prior to failure.

Desired Skills and Experience
  • Overall 10+ years of enterprise software experience, with at least 5+ years in implementation management
  • In-depth knowledge of and experience implementing enterprise software applications, such as ERP, CRM or SCM, across a range of customers, from SMB to Fortune 500.
  • Previous experience with subscription billing and/or revenue implementation projects is a strong plus.
  • Experience with SaaS-based implementation is very strongly desirable
  • Strong client service and/or management consulting experience
  • Strong ability to manage implementation financials, recognizing the importance of both budget management and services revenue management
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple, concurrent engagements
  • Successful candidates must have strong communication and problem-solving skills with strong customer focus with a results-outcome orientation
  • Executive presence and comfort. You have experience and are comfortable with C-level communication.
  • Comfortable working with and managing ambiguity and uncertainty.
  • Proven ability to present technical solutions effectively to diverse stakeholder groups and to engage effectively with senior executives of large enterprises on both technical and business solution topics
  • Have developed domain industry or business process skills
  • Demonstrated experience leading teams of architects, consultants, and developers
  • Demonstrated experience driving adoption through achieving business goals and innovation
  • Demonstrated experience working with a cross-functional and geographically dispersed team


Technology experience or awareness in the following:
  • ERP, CRM, accounting/revenue systems, provisioning systems
  • Billing, payment and revenue systems
  • Knowledge of and ability to speak to system landscapes a strong-plus
  • SaaS-based subscription management systems experience a strong-plus
  • SaaS-based enterprise software implementation
  • Knowledge of Web Services, XML, SOAP, REST a plus
  • PMI Certification is a plus


Travel needs: potential for up to 50% of the time (including possible international travel)

The base pay details represent the annualized salary range for the posted position. While we share a comprehensive range, a candidate's final base salary will fall within these guidelines and will be determined based on multiple factors including but not limited to: qualifications of the candidate, job related knowledge, prior related experience, specific and unique skills, the location of the role, internal equity and internal budget.
