The Role

Your demonstrated experience as a Solution Delivery Leader or Manager, working at the enterprise level to deliver multiple moderate to complex solutions, will enable you to successfully drive the delivery team, and monitor project quality, risk and performance for all Zuora implementations. You will be responsible for managing the end to end delivery of the projects, ensure that the project remains on time, within budget and meets the customer expectation.

Because you already have experience integrating implementing Enterprise software systems and are proficient with SaaS or ERP or Order to cash systems, you will be able to start performing on day one. Your love for multi-tasking will prove useful as you will be responsible for managing the project plans and leading the implementations for multiple projects at a time. Successful Solution Delivery Manager's at Zuora have a healthy sense of risk and are able to proactively manage risk prior to failure.

Desired Skills and Experience
  • Overall 10+ years of experience; with at-least 5+ years as a program/project manager
  • In-depth knowledge and experience implementing Enterprise software applications such as ERP or CRM or SCM
  • Experience with SaaS based implementation is desirable
  • Strong client service and/or management consulting experience
  • Ability to manage financial metrics and enable pre-sales activities to support account expansion plans
  • Manage a number of engagements concurrently, potentially between 3 - 5 clients
  • Successful candidates must have strong communication and problem solving skills, customer focus and results orientation
  • Executive presence. Comfort with ambiguity and C-level communication
  • In depth technical knowledge and solutions of scalable Enterprise web applications (CRM, CPQ, ERP, GL)
  • Proven ability to present technical solutions effectively to diverse stakeholder groups and to engage effectively with senior executives of large enterprises on both technical and business topics
  • Have developed domain industry or business process skills
  • Lead teams of architects, consultants, and developers
  • Able to effectively manage scope change and implementation of multi-year/multi-phased project or program
  • Drives adoption through achieving business goals and innovation
  • Ability to confidently communicate how technical solutions achieve customer business objectives and continually promote the value and adoption of the solution
  • Technology experience or awareness in either of the following:
    • ERP, CRM, accounting systems, provisioning systems
    • Billing and payment systems
    • SaaS based software implementation
    • Knowledge of Web Services, XML, SOAP, REST
  • Experience working with a cross-functional and geographically dispersed team and customer base with travel up to 50% of the time (including possible international travel)
  • Certification of PMI is a plus
