Join Zuora's dynamic marketing team as a Paid Social Media Specialist, where you will have the opportunity to contribute to the success of our digital campaigns. Reporting to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in executing our LinkedIn advertising strategy.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in digital marketing and gain hands-on experience in managing paid social campaigns. You'll work closely with our experienced marketing team, developing your skills while contributing to impactful campaigns that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute paid social media campaigns based on strategic direction provided by the Senior Digital Marketing Manager.
  • Create compelling ad copy and visual assets that resonate with our target audiences.
  • Conduct iterative A/B testing to continuously refine ad copy and creative, optimizing campaign performance over time.
  • Conduct daily monitoring of campaign spend and performance, recommending optimizations to copy, creative, audience targeting, and bids to ensure alignment with business goals and KPIs.
  • Provide regular updates on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics, trends, and insights.
  • Participate in quarterly planning and provide performance forecasts.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in paid search and digital marketing to contribute ideas for optimization.
  • Manage administrative tasks related to paid media campaigns, including billing, process documentation, and other ad hoc duties as needed.
Requirements:
  • Experience:
    • Bachelors degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications or related field.
    • Previous internship or relevant experience in digital marketing, paid social media, or a related field is a plus, but not required.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Familiarity with major social media platforms, especially LinkedIn.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members.
    • Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
    • Experience with design platforms such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Canva is a plus.
  • Additional Qualifications:
    • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
    • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
    • A passion for social media and digital marketing.

The base pay details represent the annualized salary range for the posted position. While we share a comprehensive range, a candidate's final base salary will fall within these guidelines and will be determined based on multiple factors including but not limited to: qualifications of the candidate, job related knowledge, prior related experience, specific and unique skills, the location of the role, internal equity and internal budget.
