THE MISSION

The mission of the Director of Digital Workplace is to enhance productivity, engagement, and ZEO satisfaction across the organization by creating a seamlessly integrated work environment. This involves empowering ZEOs to collaborate effectively, access resources efficiently, and thrive in their roles. Leading the development and implementation of digital workplace initiatives, the Director leverages innovative technologies and user-centric design principles to optimize the use of digital tools and platforms, streamline processes, and foster a culture of continuous improvement to drive organizational success and competitiveness in the digital age.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

The role is tasked with transforming the organization's work environment into a seamlessly integrated and technologically advanced ecosystem. This involves implementing efficient digital processes and tools to enhance collaboration, productivity, and ZEO satisfaction. By optimizing costs and staying abreast of emerging digital trends, the Director aims to ensure the organization remains competitive and aligned with its strategic goals. Ultimately, the role seeks to drive growth, innovation, and long-term success by fostering a culture of digital excellence and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage the Digital Workplace team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning. Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities to promote high performance and inclusivity.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate digital workplace initiatives. Build strong partnerships across departments, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and Key Results (OKRs), and effectively manage complex projects.
  • Digital Workplace Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital workplace strategy using experience-led and design thinking approaches to drive innovation and enhance ZEO experience. Ensure digital workspace processes and tools are optimized to support effective hybrid work practices.
  • Technology Implementation and Management: Oversee the deployment and optimization of advanced solutions to improve operational efficiency. This includes implementing self-service technologies for streamlined issue resolution and access to information, and optimizing service management platforms to enhance proactive support capabilities. Focus on developing intuitive collaboration tools and intranet solutions to facilitate seamless communication and teamwork.
  • Metrics and KPIs: Define and monitor KPIs to assess the impact and effectiveness of digital workplace initiatives, aligning them with organizational OKRs.
  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously optimize digital workplace processes guided by design thinking and user experience principles to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.


WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields. A master's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 15 years of proven leadership in the digital workplace or similar environments, fostering innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Effective collaboration across diverse teams and stakeholders, managing complex projects aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Expertise in developing and executing comprehensive strategies using experience-led and design thinking approaches to enhance user experience and drive innovation.
  • Hands-on experience deploying and optimizing advanced technologies, including self-service solutions and service management platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills to define, monitor, and analyze KPIs, aligning with organizational OKRs to measure and communicate impact.
  • Proven ability to optimize digital workplace processes using design thinking principles, fostering efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, adept at engaging stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies, delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Agile in adapting to technological changes, exploring and implementing innovative solutions in digital workplace environments.

The base pay range for this position is only one element of a candidate's total rewards package, which may also include bonuses/variable compensation, equity, and benefits.
