Strategy Insights and Planning Associate Consultant - PharmD
ZS's Strategy Insights and Planning teams partner with clients to design and deliver solutions to help them tackle a broad range of business challenges. Our teams work on multiple projects simultaneously, leveraging advanced data analytics and problem-solving techniques. Our recommendations and solutions are based on rigorous research and analysis underpinned by deep expertise and thought leadership.
The B2B Marketing team is dedicated to solving pharma's most complex access strategy and marketing challenges - from pre-launch planning to post-launch optimization and throughout the entire product lifecycle. We partner with organizations - both large and emerging - to develop and execute market access strategies that drive real-world impact and ensure therapies reach the patients who need them. From strategic planning to tactical execution, we help organizations: optimize product access by crafting innovative solutions, empower field teams with compelling value narratives and engagement strategies, and influence key healthcare and reimbursement decisions through impactful messages, tools, and programs.
What you'll do
- Leverage problem solving skills and frameworks to develop market access strategies to support our clients across the product lifecycle
- Develop innovative campaign assets, tools and communication strategies, ensuring cross-functional alignment
- Enhance internal adoption of strategies and tactics through playbooks and training materials
- Support seamless execution and optimize assets, tools and communication based on customer insights
- Use data-driven insights to measure impact, identify opportunities, and share knowledge across teams
- Develop client relationships and serve as key point of contact on certain aspects of projects
- Actively support management of the program plan and conduct regular status updates with the client - risk and issue mitigation. You will also assist in driving the project forward to ensure project goals and deadlines are met
- Advance problem-solving skills and improve ZS's capabilities by contributing to case studies development to support internal learning
- Mentor and support development of Associates on your projects and teams
What you'll bring
- A Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) with a clinical specialization/residency training or internship experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- In lieu of a PharmD, a Bachelor's degree with 2-5 years of Life Science Market Access experience will be considered
- High motivation, good work ethic, maturity and personal initiative
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong experiences working in PowerPoint, Adobe, and Excel
- Empathy, adaptability and high personal impact
- Strong attention to detail, with a quality-focused mindset
- Self-discipline for planning and organizing tasks
- Strong collaboration experience and aptitude for, and enjoyment of, team leadership

Travel:
Travel is a requirement at ZS for client facing ZSers; business needs of your project and client are the priority. While some projects may be local, all client-facing ZSers should be prepared to travel as needed.
