ZS's Business Technology Solutions team is responsible to lead the end-to-end responsibility of projects across all phases i.e. discovery, requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, and operations. This team seeks the opportunity to undertake diverse tech roles and foster continuous innovation which benefits the individual's professional growth and brings the best in delivering world-class technology solutions. In addition, this team configures ZS's proprietary software used to streamline business processes for commercial groups at client organizations. This team takes overall ownership of the solution delivery, managing operations services, client stakeholder management, contribute to business development and selling activities, project planning, and team management.
Business Technology Solutions Manager - Salesforce Solution Architect
This role will primarily be responsible for selling and delivering salesforce (SFDC) transformation engagements from strategy through implementation in the pharma and life sciences vertical focused on patient services and broader CRM / commercial space. The successful candidate will work closely with ZS practice leadership and become trusted advisor and enabler for our clients to help them smoothly embrace digital and technology changes, align business process to product-centric platforms and partner with client IT organizations during the change process.
What You'll Do -
- Client Engagement Delivery: Responsible for managing and delivering client engagements from inception through completion;
- Business Development: Responsible for leading and supporting client pursuits and proposals;
- Knowledge and Asset Development: Authoring white papers and thought leadership along with building salesforce solutions that are used in sales pitches such as demos and used as assets / accelerators in project delivery;
- Marketing & Alliance Support: Support the alliance team by building relationships with salesforce AEs and SEs based on assigned clients;
- Talent Development: Mentoring and building team members in the salesforce ecosystem enhancing technical capabilities and project delivery excellent;
- Practice Promotion: Promote the practice and educate/inform the broader ZS network about the salesforce practices accomplishments, goals, and objectives.
What You'll Bring -
- 10+ years of experience in an IT or Business Consulting firm, with proficiency in Solution Architecture having proven expertise in Platform Configuration, System Integrations, Custom application development, Product customization and deployments;
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing end-to-end digital solutions using modern technologies and architectures;
- Extensive architectural expertise and business process understanding of CRM and Workflow development platforms, SFDC in specific functional domain;
- Understanding of architectural principles, patterns & methods related (but not limited) to Web, Databases, API lead design, microservices, interoperability and other integration technologies;
- Experience in digital transformation, specifically in the areas of customer engagement and digital experience;
- Life Sciences (Pharma, MedTech, payer/payor) experience is required, unless the person has 3 or more of the following Salesforce certifications:
- Health Cloud Accreditation
- Sales Cloud Consultant
- Service Cloud Consultant
- Marketing Cloud Consultant
- AI Specialist
- Data Cloud Consultant
- Application Architect
- Technical Architect
- Exposure to Life Sciences Cloud
- Strong product mindset to envision solution offerings as products from start to the last mile associated with a client problem area;
- Excellent presentation skills with a high degree of ability to communicate complex, forward-leaning technology concepts to ZS and its clients' business leaders;
- Strong work ethic and a willingness to travel to meet client needs;
- High level of motivation and self-starting attitude.
