Position Overview
As a Salesforce Health Cloud Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing functional Salesforce solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients in the healthcare industry. You will be responsible for managing complex projects, providing pre-sales support, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our delivery model. Your expertise will be instrumental in leading discovery sessions, refining requirements, and developing innovative Salesforce solutions. Here's what you will do:
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Solution Design: Design and recommend best-practice solutions based on client business needs.
- Configure Salesforce Health Cloud, create and refine complex data models, and implement business process automation.
- Project Management: Manage complex projects, overseeing timelines, deliverables, and resources throughout all project phases.
- Provide pre-sales support, including effort estimates and staffing decisions for proposed solutions.
- Requirements Gathering: Lead discovery and requirements refinement sessions to uncover business, functional, and technological requirements.
- Synthesize requirements to create clear and comprehensive user stories and solution design documentation.
- Thought Leadership: Contribute significantly to thought leadership across the Salesforce platform, including the ideation and design of new accelerators.
- Stay updated on new Salesforce product capabilities resulting from releases and acquisitions.
- Practice Development: Participate in practice development and continuously improve the delivery model and implementation process.
- Provide hands-on, expert-level technical assistance, coaching, and mentoring to developers and junior staff.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Active Salesforce Health Cloud accreditation and ability to achieve additional relevant certifications upon hire.
- BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business.
- 10+ years of professional experience.
- 5+ years of Salesforce implementation experience in an agile development environment.
- 5+ years of experience identifying and documenting business process requirements, developing process flow analysis, data modelling, and functional design.
- 5+ years of external consulting experience.
- 5+ years of project management experience in a technology or consulting setting.
- Proven ability to design and optimize business processes, integrate processes across disparate systems, and incorporate best practices.
- Experience writing user stories, designing or building Salesforce integrations with 3rd party applications, and conducting data migrations from third-party systems to Salesforce.
- Excellent client-facing written and oral communication skills, relationship focus, and strong technical and business acumen.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to quickly assimilate and apply new concepts, business models, and technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to multi-task, and a high degree of emotional intelligence.
- Understanding of complex health systems and their common business requirements is an asset
