This team takes overall ownership of solution delivery, managing project and team operations, client stakeholder engagement and business development.

Junior Project Manager- Intern

As a Junior Project Manager- Intern you will support our Project Management office in assisting internal team members with proper procedures to ensure client projects are delivered on time, according to requirements, and within budget. You will be part of a team that is dedicated to meeting our clients' goals while providing you an opportunity to grow both personally and professionally as you further embark on your project management career.

What You'll Do:

• Guided by our lead project manager, you will learn to coordinate people and processes to ensure flawless execution of our client projects
• Communicate quickly and effectively with internal team members and serve as the communication hub main pint of contact
• Collaborate with lead project manager to achieve successful project completions by setting calendar reminders, creating to-do lists, and managing project scope to ensure on time delivery within budget
• Partner with Account Services team to complete all project documentation and to define assets to be collected
• Create Jira tickets based on requirements provided at project initiation
• Attend all necessary stand-ups, client meetings, and internal team meetings to clarify client goals and ensure they are being met throughout the project
• Participate and contribute to Project Management department projects, activities, and growth
• Collaborate across all our departments including Account Services, Development, Operations, Data and Reporting, and Creative as needed

What You'll Bring:

• Candidates should be about to enter the final year of a bachelor's or master's degree in any discipline with strong academic performance in marketing related fields such as Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Business Administration, or related fields with coursework in project management
• Participation in Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification programs preferred
• Demonstrated proficiency in agile project management skills with experience using Jira or other project management tools
• Working knowledge of CRM platforms, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• High motivation, good work ethic, maturity and personal initiative
• Effective oral and written communication skills (fluency in English)
• Empathy, adaptability and emotional intelligence
• Strong attention to detail, with a quality-focused mindset
• Self-discipline for planning and organizing tasks
• Aptitude for, and enjoyment of, working in teams
