The Human Resources team develops and executes successful recruiting programs, learning and expertise-development initiatives, strategic staffing assignments, effective reporting and analytics, performance management processes, and work-life benefits and operations
LEARNING ASSOCIATE
We seek a Learning Associate that will be responsible for supporting the development and delivery of best-in-class learning programs. The role requires demonstrated skill throughout the learning cycle to offer a seamless learning experience, drive engagement and deliver impactful results.
What you'll do:
- Program management and workflow coordination across various learning programs.
- Partner with senior learning team members and business stakeholders to keep program timelines in check and drive collaboration across multiple internal teams.
- Manage communications and delivery logistics for learning programs and initiatives.
- Assist with the creation and execution of project plans, revising as appropriate to meet changing project needs and shifting learning priorities
- Support facilitator management activities related to sourcing, scheduling, material distribution, prep and feedback.
- Ensure program participants feel supported and are able to focus their time on learning when attending learning programs.
- Share thoughts/suggestions for elevating the program management process of various learning events.
- Engage in team wide initiatives to build team capabilities, community and effectiveness.
What you'll bring:
- BA/BS degree required with strong academic performance;
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience; preferably in professional services and/or HR organization;
- Demonstrated ability to support large scale learning, development or onboarding programs;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills;
- Experience in project management and process improvement;
- Ability to work independently with direction and collaborate as part of a team;
- Excellent organizational skills and an ability to multi-task across concurrent projects and maintain attention to detail;
- Ability to establish relationships across levels and across geographies;
- Strong analytic skills/comfort with data analysis;
- Passion and energy for helping others grow and succeed in their role;
- Sense of humor appreciated!
