Demand Center Associate
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail oriented Marketo Associate to join our marketing & communications team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and executing marketing campaigns, lead scoring, and data management within Marketo. The ideal candidate will have experience with marketing automation platforms, excellent analytical skills, and a strong understanding of marketing principles.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute email marketing campaigns in Marketo.
- Design and implement automated workflows, triggers, and smart campaigns in Marketo.
- Manage and segment lead databases for targeted marketing efforts.
- Experience managing workflows, collaborating with key stakeholders, and managing the overall ticket queue using any project management solutions such as Workfront, etc.
- Conducting A/B testing on automated marketing initiatives to maximize outcomes.
- Develop and maintain lead scoring models to identify high-quality leads.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights for optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, creative) to align marketing strategies.
- Maintain data quality and integrity within Marketo.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with Marketo integrations.
- Stay up to date with Marketo best practices and new feature releases.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience primarily with Marketo or similar marketing automation platforms.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, lead generation, and lead nurturing.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce)
- Certification in Marketo or similar marketing automation platforms
Skills:
- Marketo certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Marketing automation and lead scoring expertise.
- Data analysis and reporting skills.
- Campaign execution and management.
- Workflow design and implementation.
- Lead database management and segmentation.
- Troubleshooting and technical skills.
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS.
