Business Technology Solutions Consultant

Digital Products & Solutions team helps organizations in their digital transformation journey by transforming last mile experiences. We are uniquely positioned to bring together deep domain, analytics, technology / platform and consulting expertise with a strong focus on innovation and design to transform last mile experiences.

Salesforce service line focuses on transforming customer experience by re-defining the B2B & B2C customer engagement journey by focusing on re-engineering the business processes in the organizations. We collaborate with CSTs and practice areas to develop innovative domain solutions by infusing analytics & AI. We continue to be the preferred Salesforce implementation & innovation partner for our clients & have significantly scaled our expertise in across various Salesforce Clouds like Health Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CDB, Data Clouds, etc..

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and support CRM transformation projects in the Pharma, Healthcare, and Life Sciences industries
  • Oversee and contribute to the full project lifecycle: from strategy formulation, requirements gathering, design creation, to implementation.
  • Collaborate with client teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and ensure smooth delivery of projects on time and within scope.
  • Provide expert guidance on Salesforce Health Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other CRM tools for healthcare clients.
  • Communicate complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and effective manner.
  • Contribute to system architecture design and customization, while working closely with development teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and project deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree with specialization in Computer Science, MIS, IT or other computer related disciplines;
    4-6 years of relevant consulting-industry experience working on medium-large scale technology solution delivery engagements;
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in CRM transformation, with a focus on the Pharma, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Payer/Provider, or Med Tech industries.
  • Proven track record in managing and executing complex CRM transformation projects, including-but not limited to-patient relationship management, commercial field sales, and patient services.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and CRM ecosystem, with certifications in one or more of the following: Salesforce Administrator, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud.
  • Experience with the design, implementation, and customization of CRM systems within the life sciences/healthcare domain.
  • Salesforce certifications in Health Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Salesforce Administrator.
  • Deep understanding of the functional aspects of CRM and Salesforce implementations, with the ability to manage both technical and functional deliverables.
  • Previous experience with marketing cloud projects within the Salesforce ecosystem is highly desirable.
  • Experience in working with healthcare companies (Pharma, Life Sciences, Med Tech, etc.) and knowledge of industry-specific challenges is preferred.
    Fluency in English

• Strong client presence. Ability to communicate verbally and in writing technical concepts to all audiences;
• Significant supervisory, coaching and hands-on project management skills
• Travel to other global offices as needed to work with client or other internal project teams.
