Our services include, but are not limited to, Digital and Technology advisory, Product and Platform development and Data, Analytics and AI implementation.
We are looking for a motivated and adaptable Business Technology Associate (BTA) specializing in Clinical Supply Chain and Manufacturing to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals with foundational experience who are eager to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, contributing to transformative clinical supply chain and manufacturing projects.
What you'll do:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for clinical supply chain and manufacturing projects.
- Serve as an intermediary between business teams and development teams to translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Develop, test, and implement data-driven solutions using Python, SQL, and other tools.
- Develop enhancements for Anaplan back-end processes.
- Build logic transformations between source tables based on client requirements.
- Monitor and perform detailed root cause analysis on production incidents.
- Manage and version control codebases using GIT.
- Work within platforms like Databricks to support data pipeline development and optimization.
- Assess the feasibility of business requests and provide recommendations for scalable and practical solutions.
- Organize and manage project timelines, sprints, and deliverables to ensure efficient execution.
- Coordinate and prioritize tasks with multiple stakeholders while balancing competing priorities.
- Understand priorities from clients and address them based on urgency.
- Facilitate clear communication across teams and with clients, building strong relationships to ensure alignment on expectations and outcomes.
What you'll bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineer, Computer Science, Information Technology
- Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients, ensuring clarity and fostering strong working relationships.
- Advanced skills in Python and SQL for data manipulation, analysis, and process optimization.
- Understanding of clinical supply chain and manufacturing workflows, processes, and key challenges.
- Familiarity with data science concepts and workflows.
- Experience using GIT for version control.
- Medium skills in cloud-based platforms such as Databricks.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
- Bill of Materials understanding is preferred.
- Anaplan tool or similar know-how is preferred.

Additional Skills:
- 1-2 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, supply chain, manufacturing, or related fields.
- Exposure to project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile frameworks.
- Familiarity with supply chain software or tools is a plus (e.g., ERP systems, planning tools).
