Zoox is seeking a Collision Repair Engineer to lead the development of repair strategies, processes, validation, documentation, and spare parts planning. As an expert, you will review collision damages and create detailed repair procedures and documentation. You will spearhead a program to build in-house expertise and source external support to address issues with the current fleet, with a focus on developing scalable future solutions. To ensure the program's success, you will collaborate with Safety, Vehicle Engineering, Purchasing, Studio, Quality, Prototyping, and external vendors to devise innovative solutions. You will define repair requirements by working with the Quality team to establish repair standards and practices. There are three major components to compensation for this position: salary, Amazon Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights. The salary range for this position is $160,000 to $185,000 annually. A sign-on bonus may be offered as part of the compensation package. Compensation will vary based on geographic location and level. Leveling, as well as positioning within a level, is determined by a range of factors, including, but not limited to, a candidate's relevant years of experience, domain knowledge, and interview performance. The salary range listed in this posting is representative of the range of levels Zoox is considering for this position.
