Qualifications

BS in mechanical, electrical, or electronics required with at least 2 years of experience in the manufacturing environment (automotive, semiconductor, or aerospace fields are preferred).

Experience with receiving inspection processes in product development and production environments

Experience with quality issue and inventory management systems (such as Jira and SAP)

Demonstrated proficiency performing quality root cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions

Bonus Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience in quality engineering

Automotive experience at the OEM or Tier I level

Experience in start-up/product launch activities

Manufacturing engineering or logistics experience

Compensation

There are three major components to compensation for this position: salary, Amazon Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights. The salary range for this position is $113,000 to $184,000. A sign-on bonus may be offered as part of the compensation package. Compensation will vary based on geographic location and level. Leveling, as well as positioning within a level, is determined by a range of factors, including, but not limited to, a candidate's relevant years of experience, domain knowledge, and interview performance. The salary range listed in this posting is representative of the range of levels Zoox is considering for this position.
