We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Salesforce CRM Architect & Multidisciplinary Leader with 15+ years of experience to drive the evolution of our Salesforce implementation and lead complex, cross-functional programs across our organization. As a key leader, you will combine strategic vision with hands-on expertise to not only optimize our Salesforce ecosystem but also manage and scale critical initiatives outside of Salesforce, delivering value across the business. This role requires greenfield implementation knowledge, where you will build scalable systems and processes from the ground up.
In this role, you will:
Design Scalable Salesforce Solutions: Lead the design and implementation of advanced Salesforce solutions like Marketing Automation, CDP, Service Cloud, etc that scale with the growth of our ride-hailing robotics company, ensuring alignment with our long-term business strategy.Manage Complex Integrations: Oversee complex integrations between Salesforce and other key business systems, ride-hailing platforms, and external third-party services.Set Development Standards: Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and development guidelines across Salesforce projects to ensure high-quality and efficient execution.Cross-Functional Program Leadership: Lead and manage large, multidisciplinary programs that span beyond Salesforce, working with teams in product development, engineering, operations, and customer experience to drive business transformation.Optimize Platform & Business Performance: Continuously monitor and enhance Salesforce performance while also identifying opportunities to optimize processes and systems across the organization.Ensure Security & Compliance: Ensure that Salesforce and other integrated systems meet security, compliance, and data governance standards, particularly in an industry dealing with autonomous vehicles and sensitive data.Scale Operational Excellence: Lead initiatives aimed at scaling operations effectively, introducing automation and process improvements across various departments to support the growth of the company.Champion Innovation & Transformation: Stay ahead of industry trends in both Salesforce and autonomous technology, bringing forward-thinking solutions to the organization and driving transformative change.Want more jobs like this?

Qualifications:
15+ Years of Leadership Experience: Extensive experience (15+ years) in Salesforce architecture and program management, with a proven track record of leading large-scale implementations and complex cross-functional initiatives both within and outside of Salesforce.Greenfield Implementation Expertise: Knowledge and experience in leading greenfield implementations, building scalable systems, processes, and integrations from the ground up in a fast-growing, dynamic environment.Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in Salesforce technologies (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Salesforce APIs) and a deep understanding of CRM processes, including Sales, Marketing, and Service environments.Cross-Disciplinary Program Management: Proven ability to lead large-scale, complex programs beyond Salesforce, with experience in managing teams across diverse disciplines (e.g., product development, engineering, operations).Integration & Automation Skills: Expertise in integrating Salesforce with other business systems, leveraging iPaaS tools, and implementing automation solutions to improve efficiency across departments.Strategic Vision & Business Acumen: Ability to think strategically, balancing technical execution with business outcomes, and capable of driving cross-functional collaboration to achieve company goals.Clear Communicator: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment across the business.Certifications: Salesforce Architect certifications (e.g., Certified Technical Architect, Application Architect) are highly desirable. Additional certifications or experience in program management (e.g., PMP, Agile) are a plus.Adaptability & Growth Mindset: A proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment and is comfortable navigating the challenges of scaling a robotics-driven, autonomous ride-hailing business.

Possess a solid understanding of the ARIBA systems landscape and procurement processesPrior experience developing and maintaining seamless integrations between SAP and third-party systems, encompassing CRM platforms, payment gateways, and other enterprise applicationsStaying abreast of industry trends and advancements in SAP technology, proactively identifying opportunities for process refinement and system enhancements
Compensation
There are three major components to compensation for this position: pay, Amazon Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights. The pay range for this position is $207,000 to $276,000. A sign-on bonus may be offered as part of the compensation package. Compensation will vary based on geographic location and level. Leveling, as well as positioning within a level, is determined by a range of factors, including, but not limited to, a candidate's relevant years of experience, domain knowledge, and interview performance. The pay range listed in this posting is representative of the range of levels Zoox is considering for this position.
