Zoom Virtual Agent Sales Specialist - EMEA
What you can expect
As a Zoom Virtual Agent Sales Specialist, you will be at the driving sales and revenue growth through Zoom's virtual agent solution across the EMEA region. Your primary focus will be to grow awareness, adoption, and deployment of Zoom Virtual Agent (ZVA) across current Zoom customers. You will be a market evangelist within Zoom sales teams, Zoom partners, existing Zoom customers and customer prospects. You will help customers re-imagine their customer and employee experiences. You will build on the global Zoom infrastructure and how customer and employee journeys are made better when leveraging AI to provide personalized, prescriptive, and proactive experiences.

What we're looking for
- Be able to demonstrate a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Lead conversations around Conversational AI, chatbot CX , in a SaaS environment, with a deep understanding of the sales process and customer journey
- Be able to demonstrate deep knowledge and experience in virtual agent technologies, chatbot platforms, or conversational AI applications.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present ideas and recommendations to stakeholders. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be able to demonstrate experience with CRM systems, sales tools, and marketing automation platforms is advantageous.
- Be able to adapt quickly to new technologies and processes in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Be able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Excewe organizational and time management skills,
