业务介绍:
1、在Zoom 2.0时代，我们正在从一款优秀的现象级视频会议产品，逐步升级成协同办公平台，产品横跨了视频会议、语音电话、呼叫中心、智能助手、办公文档等。
2、Zoom Meeting是Zoom平台的核心业务，Team负责Windows meeting客户端的开发和维护工作;
3、加入国际化团队的协作，能提升英语学习氛围，增强自身软技能
工作职责:
1、负责Zoom产品线Windows 客户端的开发和维护；
2、深入理解业务需求，主导项目的需求分析、方案设计、技术调研、编码实现和测试，并持续对系统进行优化；
3、主动发现、分析并解决项目中的技术/业务难题，促进产品的迭代和优化。
任职要求:
1、大学本科及以上学历；
2、扎实的C++基础，熟练使用STL、C++11；
3、具有Windows平台的项目开发经验，熟悉常用的设计模式，掌握常用的数据结构、算法和操作系统原理，有多进程和多线程开发经验等；
4、良好的执行能力、沟通能力、组织协调能力、团队协作能力以及英语沟通能力；
5、良好的产品意识，重视用户体验，对产品服务精益求精。
1、有Win32 UI编程相关知识或经验，熟悉DUILIB或QT；
2、了解客户端性能分析及调优手段；
