Responsibilities
- Leading the strategy and innovation for cross-platform and mobile design, ensuring a cohesive user experience across all platforms
- Leveraging expertise in design principles, human psychology, and technology trends to guide key decisions
- Defining the visual style and patterns that unify the Zoom ecosystem, illustrating the connection between design elements across users and platforms
- Collaborating with designers and engineers to maintain consistency and quality across all applications
- Enhancing the Zoom brand experience both within the team and across the organization
- Fostering alignment on design solutions across teams, mentoring designers to support growth and development.
What we're looking for
- Experience (5+) in UX design for web and native apps, with expertise in mobile design for OS-native and cross-platform apps
- Be well versed in mobile design principles, guidelines, and design system implementation
- Be able to create engaging user experiences that balance functionality and emotional impact
- Experience with Figma and experience with a variety of design tools and prototyping software
- Experience building cross-functional partnerships and trust across a multidiscipline business

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
Minimum:
$118,600.00
Maximum:
$259,500.00
In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.
Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
