What we're looking for

• Hold a Master's degree or PhD
• 8+ years experience in product development focused on Speech and Audio
• 4+ years of managing a team of individual contributors
• Experience in speech recognition algorithms and proven track record of delivering high quality speech related products for various application scenarios.
• Manage a team of engineers in a dynamic environment
• Communicate, collaborate, and demonstrate problem solving skills.
• Capture and understand the details, while focusing on the big picture.

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:
$197,000.00

Maximum:
$431,000.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
