岗位职责：
1.技术部门和业务部门之间的技术支持；
2.及时解决客户反馈的产品技术问题并快速提供应用解决方案和后续技术支持；
3.发现和解决紧急的系统性的问题；
4.及时发现并防止系统性缺陷导致的风险；
5.对相似性问题进行总结，并做出开发工具来进行数据修复以及系统监控。
任职要求：
1.本科及以上学历，计算机及相关专业；
2.至少一年以上软件开发经验，熟悉Java或者Python其中一种语言并了解各种平台应用产品的开发环境，能阅读C++，Java，Object C等项目代码，了解各大框架和协议；
3.熟悉Mysql/Oracle，并能熟练书写SQL语句；
4.英语书写有条理，能用英语进行日常沟通交流，口语流利优先考虑；
5.对快速变化环境中系统突发事件敏感，并能快速判断处理或者升级到相应的部门，并能进行相应的Root Cause分析；
6.有基本的uml作图能力，能通过流程图的展示把抽象的逻辑具体化；
7.优秀的理解问题能力，对帮助客户解决问题有深厚的兴趣；
8.良好的沟通能力，能准确表达问题所在以及做出相应总结；
9.优秀的团队协作精神，有积极主动地发现和解决问题的态度；
10.优秀的口头表达能力，能清晰表达工作的内容，问题，步骤和逻辑。
