岗位职责：
1.负责ZRA业务各模块的用户体验设计，包括从头脑风暴阶段到最终落地的详细的设计方案；
2.以用户为中心，关心用户数据，关注竞品动态、行业趋势及AI产品的发展，深刻理解用户痛点，并在设计中大胆探索、积极展示和讨论；
3.与产品、研发团队紧密合作，推进设计的实现；
4.严格执行UI走查，把控设计还原质量和落地品质；
5.协助管理和完善业务所需的UI组件和关键页面。
任职要求：
1.本科或以上学历，设计、HCI、认知/应用心理学等专业，3年以上的User-Centered设计经验（B2B, SaaS等），熟悉PC/Web/移动端设计规范并灵活运用；
2.熟练掌握原型和高保真原型工具（如Figma），能够交付清晰易懂的设计；
3.具有创造力并能自驱完成工作。熟悉设计流程，能合理安排设计各阶段时间，以保证产品开发周期的设计产出；
4.擅长分析和解决问题，能够独立研究并理解复杂问题并提供简洁优雅的设计方案；
5.熟悉并有用户研究和可用性测试的经验；
6.对打造卓越的体验充满热情；
7.逻辑清晰，有较强的设计展示能力；
8.英语能作为工作语言，有较好的英语听说能力；
