我们正在寻找一位优秀的 Product Designer(aka "产品设计师")加入合肥设计团队。本岗位主要负责面向企业Zoom管理后台的用户体验设计,该系统旨在帮助Zoom企业用户和经销商高效完成服务购买、分配许可、和企业内部人员角色管理等核心操作。
岗位职责:
1. 参与企业后台管理业务的需求分析,通过用研和数据分析等专业技能挖掘用户需求,解决用户真实痛点,提升产品体验;
2. 与产品经理及研发部门紧密合作,推进并把控设计实现和落地品质;
3. 主动追踪产品落地反馈,持续优化产品;
4. 主导制定产品设计规范,并持续优化;
5. 擅长设计团队内部的跨部门协作,产出统一有效的结果;
6.和产品经理一起不断收集和分析数据,通过A/B测试不同的设计策略,提高客户的留存和复购。
7.复盘总结并提炼有效的设计方法以及设计成果,提高团队设计效率。
任职要求:
1.本科及以上学历,5年以上的User-Centered设计经验,参与过中大型B端项目的产品设计,熟悉从需求分析到产品上线的全过程;
2.熟练使用Figma、Sketch等设计工具;
3.扎实的用户体验设计能力,熟悉用户研究方法,对Web的用户体验设计流程和方法有丰富经验,同时熟悉PC/Web/移动端设计规范并灵活运用,有丰富的用户研究与实践经验,注重细节,有良好的审美;
4.主导过B端复杂项目的设计,能独立完成产品设计,并适应跨国团队的工作环境;
5.熟悉敏捷开发流程,能够使用与方法快速,并与利益相关者和跨团队合作,构建在平台中直观工作的产品;

6.执行能力强,同时平衡用户需要和业务目标,能够从0到1完善产品设计与形态;逻辑思维严谨、清晰,理解能力强,善于沟通表达,乐于学习,有设计驱动意识,主动完善产品体验;
7.有很强的韧性,能够通过和不同干系人进行沟通获取反馈,并基于对用户的理解推进有说服力的设计,最终给用户带来价值。
