岗位职责：
- 参与B/C端产品的全链路用户体验设计；
- 参与前期需求分析，通过用户研究和数据分析挖掘用户需求，与产品团队共同制定产品策略并独立完成产品交互设计及UI设计，帮助用户真正解决痛点，提升产品体验；
- 与研发团队紧密合作，把控设计落地的品质；
- 主动追踪产品落地反馈，持续优化产品体验；
任职要求：
- 两年以上设计经验；
- 熟练运用设计方法，熟悉全链路设计流程；
- 精通桌面端、移动端、web多平台设计规范，
- 可胜任全英文工作环境，准确高效表达设计想法；
- 理解能力强，善于沟通表达，有设计驱动意识，主动完善产品体验；
- 能适应快节奏的工作环境，执行能力强；
-交互设计、人机工程、认知心理学、工业设计、计算机或相关专业本科及以上学历
