Responsibilities
- Owning, running, managing, and scaling effective paid acquisition strategies to drive pipeline and revenue growth (for B2B).
- Managing day-to-day performance across several media channels including, but not limited to, LinkedIn and Meta Ads.
- Managing the research, campaign build-out, analysis, and optimization of our paid social channels.
- Writing attractive and concise copy for adverts while working with our design team to create thumb-stopping creatives.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with the SDR and wider sales team to identify opportunities and develop strategies to support company goals and objectives.
What we're looking for
- 2+ years of ad operations experience (LinkedIn and Meta). Experience with other channels like Reddit, YouTube and TikTok is a bonus.
- Experience in B2B in-house or strong acumen working with B2B companies in an agency.
- Experience driving pipeline and revenue results through paid acquisition.
- Experience in developing captivating content ideas and messaging for use across performance channels.
- Understand there won't always be a "how to do your job" playbook waiting for you.
- Have written English fluency and has experience writing ad copy.
- Can give examples of times you've gone the extra mile to hit goals or targets.
- Have a real interest in social media, digital marketing, tech, and startups.
