Job Description:
Drive continuous improvement of network security workflows and processes through automation and innovation. Provide and own network security strategies to advance Zoom in early detection and prevention of Network Threats. Design and architect first-of-its-kind solution to Zoom network ecosystem such as NDR and help drive timely detections and mitigations of attacks or IOCs. Lead and mentor junior network engineers for operating and supporting network appliances. Function as SME and trusted network security advisor to review and assess technologies and process gaps, technology requests, compliance and evidence gathering.
Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, a related field, or a foreign equivalent. Must have 5 years of experience in job offered or related occupation. Must have 5 years of experience in architecting, supporting and designing secure corporate network including Data Center and Cloud; CCNA, CCNP, CCNP Security, CCIE R&S; Ethical Hacking/Penetration Testing; risk analysis; Data Security; Identity Security /IAM; Security Auditing; and Governance and Compliance. Telecommuting work arrangement permitted: position may work in various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
Minimum:
$218,216.00
Maximum:
$259,500.00
In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.
Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
