Zoom Team Chat对标Slack, MS Teams和Lark。我们正在寻找优秀的Java 开发工程师加入Zoom Team Chat的WEB团队。我们为客户提供相关的Team Chat业务管理，为其他后台服务同步数据，同时也为Client提供关键页面和APIs。团队氛围轻松，追求创新。

岗位职责：
深入洞察和理解Team Chat业务；
参与公司Team Chat业务系统的需求分析、方案设计、功能设计以及编码实现；
协同产品经理、设计、开发、测试、运维等人员，推动并保障跨团队项目高质量落地；
主动发现、分析并解决项目中的技术/业务难题，优化用户体验，促进产品的迭代。
任职要求：
计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，5年及以上Java开发经验；
熟练掌握Spring全家桶，包括Spring Boot、Spring Cloud等；
精通MyBatis，熟练使用MySQL，具备数据库设计能力；
精通消息队列(如Kafka、RabbitMQ)；
精通缓存技术(如Redis、Memcached)；
熟悉NoSql数据库(如Dynamo/Mongo)；
了解分布式系统架构，具备高并发、高可用系统开发经验；
了解OAS3规范；
具备良好的问题分析和解决及持续学习的能力和意愿；
具备良好的沟通协作能力，能够与团队成员有效配合；
