As part of our growth we're looking for an experienced sales leader to join our team as Head of UK&I Strategic Accounts. This role leads our growing and successful UK&I Strategic Accounts team which is focused on the largest enterprise prospects and clients.

What we're looking for
- Experience Leading a high performing team in Unified Communications, Cloud Telephony, Contact Center, Video or Web collaboration solutions sales.
- Experience of leading/selling business transformative solutions in the areas of Digital Workplace Transformation.
- Experience of full cycle customer relationship from a leadership perspective
- Experience as a consistently high performing Sales Executive with a track record of winning material new business in FTSE-100 companies and similar sized organisations.
- Experience as a consistently high performing Sales Executive with a track record of winning material new business in FTSE-100 companies and similar sized private organisations
- Experience to an expert level in business forecasting, pipeline development and people management skills are required.
- Experience managing complex sales situations and large projects
