Head of Commercial & Major Accounts UK&I

Zoom is looking for an experienced and results driven sales leader to manage the Commercial & Majors Segment for UK&I, with experience in the SaaS technology space and Cloud Phone / CX (preferred). Accustomed to value driven sales, you'll grow our business in this key sector by managing KPI's, fostering discipline within the team to build a continuous pipeline, identifying new opportunities and leading and developing a high-performing team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and develop an effective segmentation strategy and implement a high-impact coverage model that leverages both internal and external sellers (including channel and technology partners) to maximise market coverage
  • Hire, train, coach and lead the Commercial / Majors Sales team
  • Manage daily, weekly and monthly sales cadence to drive accountability and performance
  • Strategically lead the development of the Commercial / Majors sales pipeline
  • Responsible for meeting and exceeding revenue targets assigned to the Commercial / Majors Sales team
  • Develop a sales strategy for the assigned territories that will identify and engage key prospects and decision makers
  • Effectively coach and deliver high forecast accuracy, opportunity management excellence & strategic account plan excellence
  • Effectively manage and orchestrate the closing of both strategic and transactional deals within sales cycle
  • Effectively utilise all company resources available in supporting sales campaigns (marketing, sales development, BDR , customer success, support, engineering, professional services, and executives).

What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of successful software sales experience at the C-level - prospecting, qualifying, developing, and closing business with both complex and transactional sales cycles
  • 5+ years of proven and documented experience in Sales Leadership/Management
  • Experience working with companies with an employee count of 250 - 1000
  • Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas
  • Strong ability to understand and articulate key business challenges and align Zoom's solutions to meet those needs.
  • Ability to motivate a team of high performing & experienced sellers
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales with extended sales cyclesStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated success in accelerating revenue in high-growth, fast-paced environments
  • Proven ability to access and develop trusting relationships with C-level business executives
  • Demonstrates a philosophy of care for the team, the company, and the customer
  • Leads with extremely high integrity
