Demo Evangelist & Experience Manager

The Zoom Executive Briefing Program's mission is to design the strategic collaborative, customer-centric discussions and demo experiences. Showcase the art of the possible with Zoom through world-class demonstrations and engagements.

This hybrid role combines a focus on demo evangelism with briefing management in our flagship London Experience Center to support and deliver comprehensive customer experiences. Work closely with the existing Experience Center team. Briefing manager, coordinator, evangelist and demo production team). Zoom account teams to create and deliver customized briefings and demonstrations focused on client business outcomes and initiatives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare/write scripts for various demos and experiences; package up materials including scripts, training videos, and other documentation for consumption.
  • Support the deployment of new technology experiences/demos in the Center. Support general operation and performance of demos and experiences, in partnership with the global technology and onsite production teams.
  • Deliver demos and tours in person at the Zoom Experience Center for customers/partners joining onsite or remotely.
  • Join kick off and prep calls with discussion leaders and account teams to facilitate customer related information exchange. Support the identification of agenda & key demos and experiences to deliver as part of the briefing experience.
  • Provide post-event analysis of insights for follow-up after the briefing and communicate opportunities for experience improvement.
  • Identify trends, business needs, challenges, and feedback from customer engagements; provide feedback on existing experiences and ongoing ideas for potential new experiences to be developed.
  • Pitch in to support briefing logistics as needed in a urgent paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Proactively evangelize Zoom Experience Program internally across Zoom, and externally with key partners and customers at events and on social media.

What we're looking for

  • 4+ years of experience in enterprise sales, marketing, and/or business development, including experience engaging directly with customers and account teams.
  • Experience presenting to large (20+ people) audiences and/or internal/external senior executives in person.
  • Experience delivering solution and product demos to customers for both in person and hybrid executive briefings or events.
  • Experience creating scripts, key talking points, and other documentation to support demo or experience delivery.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in addition to exceptional presentation and storytelling skills.
  • great prioritization and organizational skills - must be excellent at managing a constantly shifting and complex briefing calendar.
  • Experience working with SFDC and/or Marketing CRM or Briefing Management software.
  • Knowledge in the following tools: Microsoft Office Suite, Gsuite, Salesforce, and Zoom.
  • Ideally, you'll also have:
  • Obsession with customer and stakeholder happiness - willing to go the extra mile to ensure a great experience.
  • Knowledge of Zoom's products & be technically proficient with conference room, contact center, or other relevant software and systems .
  • Demonstrated experience in working in a dynamic, fast- paced environment while performing well under pressure/deadlines.
  • Background in project management or event management.
  • Ability to manage responsibilities independently and work with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think of creative solutions to accommodate our stakeholder and customers' needs
