In this role, you will:
- Lead Zoom Workvivo Adoption: Drive engagement and collaborate with teams to ensure platform value.
- Enhance Internal Community: Oversee communications, strengthen culture, and set engagement standards.
- Empower Leaders: Provide training and support to communication leaders and platform admins.
- Create Engaging Content: Develop videos, articles, and campaigns that encourage participation and peer support.
- Analyze & Optimize: Use data to refine strategies and improve user experience.
- Be a Trusted Advisor: Collaborate with product owners to ensure the platform evolves with customer needs.

About the Team
At Workvivo, we're revolutionizing the employee experience for organizations across the globe, from retail and automotive to tech, finance, and beyond. What we're looking for
- 5+ years Experience in Internal Communications
- Have strong Interpersonal Skills with a knack for building trust and relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Project Management Mastery with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Have an appetite for fast-moving, high energy environment
- Be skilled in Creative Content Creation (experience in social media, journalism, or similar fields is a plus!)
- Able to empathize, build loyalty, and drive platform adoption and a Customer First Mindset
- Understand various 'personas' and how to flex storytelling, messaging, and campaigns to create engaging and meaningful content that adds value to the digital employee experience
- Experience with Software or Technical Training (bonus points if you have worked with platforms like Workvivo)
- Demonstrate proven Consultancy Skills to identify opportunities and promote value-driven strategies
- Be passionate about Employee Engagement and creating meaningful connections that drive real business results
