岗位职责
1.负责稳定性相关的产品开发及维护，如监控，预案，chaos,AA及failover,全链路压测等产品
2.构建稳定性最佳实践，建立相应的检测指标及评估机制，包括但不限于SLO制定、监控覆盖、故障管理分析、预案覆盖、攻防演练、oncall机制、稳定性文化建设等
3.稳定性运营，作为稳定性架构师将稳定性经验及系统有效作用到业务中，联合业务开发、QA、OP一起提升业务的稳定性
岗位要求
1.编程基础扎实（java/go）,具有3年以上中大型系统设计及开发经验，具有稳定性方面系统开发经验的优先
2.具有大型项目的推进经验，能联合多方从效率、成本、稳定性多个维度考量权衡落地，拿到预期的结果
3.熟悉系统高可用和稳定性方法策略，有故障生命周期处理经验，如SLO制定、监控、预案、容量规划、故障管理分析、攻防演练等实战经验
4.有稳定性运营经验，能将稳定性体系思路及相关的系统工具作用到业务去，协助提升业务的SLO
5.具体良好的系统分析能力，良好的抽象思维能力，及独立分析解决问题能力
6.具有较强的跨团队沟通及推进能力，善于独立思考，能快速学习，能承受压力并冷静有效处理
7.能英语流畅交流者优先
8.对基础设施、存储、云原生等有经验或有学习沉淀者优先
