岗位职责：
1. 负责Zoom Meeting Web的公共组件开发 ；
2. 根据项目计划，按时提交高质量代码，完成开发任务；
3. 深入理解业务需求，参与产品的方案讨论和相关的技术调研，完成系统的设计，开发或代码重构，并持续对系统进行优化；
4. 解决开发过程中和线上的技术问题。
任职要求：
1. 计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，8年以上Java开发经验；
2. Java基础扎实，深入理解IO、多线程、集合等基础框架和JVM原理、JVM优化，深入理解常用的设计模式及应用场景。
3. 熟悉TCP和HTTP协议，熟悉TCP Dump，熟悉Java在线调试和全链路跟踪、troubleshooting，熟练解决产线的bug；
4. 熟练掌握Spring，Spring Boot，Spring Cloud，MyBatis等流行开源框架的使用，深入了解其原理和实现机制；
5. 熟练使用Linux，Nginx，Tomcat等进行开发和调优；
6. 掌握MySQL数据库设计和性能调优，熟悉DynamoDB，MongoDB等NoSQL数据库；

7. 熟悉Memcached，Redis，Kafka，ES等中间件的使用；
8. 具备良好的沟通表达和团队协作能力，积极主动，执行力强，责任心强 ；
9. 具备英文邮件、文档读写能力，适应全英文工作环境；具备英文流利沟通能力是加分项。
