Job Summary
Responsible for the management and execution of medical education opportunities for dental professionals across the US. Will lead a team of education coordinators to strategically plan, coordinate, and execute continuing dental education courses.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage ZimVie Medical Education programs designed to educate surgeons and restorative dentists on the safe and effective use of ZimVie products.
- Interact with ZimVie speaker faculty to develop content and deliver program presentations.
- Lead a team of education coordinators to strategically plan, coordinate, and execute continuing dental education courses.
- Collaborate with multiple functional areas including; Compliance, Legal, Regulatory and Product Marketing.
- Develop comprehensive understanding of ZimVie product portfolio.

Expected Areas of Competence
- Comprehensive understanding of dental implant therapy.
- Ability to clearly instruct dental professionals through product surgical techniques.
- Ability to identify training needs and link to business objectives.
- Leadership skills in managing a team through detailed planning, effective communication, and meticulous follow thru.
- Knowledge of latest medical education techniques and methodologies.
- Ability to design training materials for both instructional and electronic mediums.
Education/Experience Requirements
- B.S. degree, preferably including formal studies in business, 6-8 years managing others and working directly with customers, opinion leaders, technical experts and professional staffs in medical devices or healthcare.
- A combination of education and experience will be considered.
Travel Requirements
- Up to 10%
