About the role:

As a front desk receptionist, this position will be the first point of contact for anyone who arrives at our EMEA Headquarters office in Cornellà de Llobregat. You will also provide administrative support across the organization while providing specific support to the Finance and HR departments as needed.

Your tasks:

  • Responsible for reception services including attending visits, controlling access to the office, attending incoming phone calls and receive and distribute daily post to the corresponding departments.
  • Be the contact person for current and future providers, sending the possible offers or modifications of contracts to the Finance Manager in order to approve them.
  • Support the Human Resources department in different tasks: coordinating the annual medical checks, Tickets Guarderia, POs, office communications, office supplies, translations, etc.
  • Support Customer Service EMEA department in several administrative tasks.
  • Support Finance Department scanning invoices.
  • Support in the organization of internal events.

Your profile:

  • At least 2 years working experience in a similar position
  • Deep knowledge with Office, including Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Excellent relationship skills and service-oriented
  • Flexible, able to work with multiple customers
  • Organized, self-motivated and proactive
  • Effective in working with multi-interfaces, multi tasks and projects
  • Fluent in Spanish & English, other EU languages a plus
  • Ideally, living close to the office
