The Rentals team powers the tools and services that help landlords and renters across Zillow, Trulia, and HotPads. We help renters find their homes, communicate, tour, apply, lease, and pay rent all in one place. Simultaneously, we provide our valued partners with a complete set of digital tools to help them market their properties, identify prospective tenants, sign a lease and collect payments -- delivering a complete end-to-end online experience. About the role
The Sales Program Specialist is responsible for developing program plans, maintaining internal sales programs, collaborating with Leadership, and strategizing to accomplish and deploy strategic company initiatives.
You Will Get To:
- Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, product, and other departments to ensure cohesive efforts.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on sales operations and program performance to leadership.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to effectively launch and manage sales programs lifecycle
- Identify trends and insights from data to inform decision-making and strategy formulation for sales.
- Lead program plans and maintain visibility into program goals, timelines, and results with internal partners.
- Design and lead sales programs, ensuring they align with company objectives and sales targets
- Build and maintain program timelines and documents using program management software
- Collaborate with internal partners and channel leadership to guide deployment strategies for programs.
- Maintain internal program documents, SOPs, and channel-specific roadmaps and timelines of cross-functional initiatives
- Aggregate program conclusion recaps to sales, channel leadership, and internal partners of program outcomes and insights.
This role has been categorized as a Remote position. "Remote" employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.
In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $88,200.00 - $140,800.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC and may not be applicable to other locations.
In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.
Who you are
- 3+ years of program or program management experience.
- Experience developing program plans, timelines, and documentation within program management software (Salesforce, Tableau, Asana, Googlesheets).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Focused, reliable, and responsible self-starter that can self-manage.
