About the role

As a Media Fulfillment Specialist, you will be embedded in the Media Fulfillment team working closely with photographers and videographers, editors, customer support, regional managers, product engineers and other internal partners as well as third party vendors and customers.   • Quality Assurance: Conducting meticulous quality checks to ensure all media meets our stringent standards before delivery.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Detecting any discrepancies in orders and coordinating across multiple teams to troubleshoot and resolve any issues, ensuring smooth and timely media delivery.
  • Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Identifying and resolving operational bottlenecks and adapting quickly to changes in a dynamic environment, ensuring continuous improvement and operational resilience.
  • Ensuring Payment Compliance: Verifying that media on the order is paid for, or issue refunds when applicable. Audit orders for billing accuracy to ensure adherence to company policies and financial standards.
  • Technical Proficiency: Utilizing advanced software tools and platforms for order and media management.
  • Operational Excellence and Strategic Impact:: Identifying and evaluating innovative tools, technologies, and processes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness within the team and organization, directly impacting customer satisfaction and business growth.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Providing exceptional customer service which is essential for customer loyalty and business growth.

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. "Remote" employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.

In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $28.90 - $46.10 Hourly. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC and may not be applicable to other locations.

In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business operations or customer service.
  • Proven experience in leading and executing deliverables.
  • Proficient in using productivity tools such as project management software, spreadsheet applications, and document management systems.
  • Meticulousness and accuracy in documentation.
  • Schedules available: 8AM - 5PM, Monday-Friday with at least two required rotation days a month on Saturday.
