About the role
The Creative Producer is responsible for day-to-day production projects from start to finish. In addition, this role supports business improvement by meeting personal and departmental goals and objectives timely and effectively. It is imperative that this individual has a great understanding of creative deliverables across a multitude of creative mediums. They are a leader, demonstrating the ability to educate, problem solve and help grow opportunities within Zillow.

Core Responsibilities:
- Continually gain technical knowledge on shoot and post-production processes.
- Assemble an outstanding team of partners and internal teams to achieve the best possible execution for each project's needs.
- Provide succinct creative input to further develop concepts and ideas.
- Maintain relationships with production partners, including all scheduling, costs, and other production details.
- Research and find new partners based on work evolution and creative needs.
- Coordinate schedules for talent/production partners/internal working teams to schedule shoots.
- Update immediate and broader teams and leadership on projects' status and blockers during team status meetings and through daily updates.
- Build cross-functional relationships with Account Management, Project Management, Stakeholders, Creative, and Content teams.
- Collaborate with Procurement, Business Affairs, and external partners on project Statements of Work.
- Craft creative/pre-production decks with working teams.
- Shadow Senior and Executive Producers to continually gain knowledge about the Production process and Zillow brand.
- Work with Business Affairs to acquire approvals on disclosures, language, release amendments, legal approvals, etc.
- Work with Project Managers to coordinate overarching project schedules and production schedules.
- Run post-production schedules with internal and external edit partners.
This role has been categorized as a Remote position. "Remote" employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.
In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $88,200.00 - $140,800.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC and may not be applicable to other locations.
In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.
Who you are
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in production, or a closely-related field.
- 4+ years of production experience, preferably in an agency setting.
- Moderate travel required.
- Ability to handle and prioritize personal workload well.
- Committed, self-starter.
- Strong listening skills.
- Simultaneous ability to think and express ideas both strategically and tactically.
- Able to work within and meet project objectives leading multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strength in handling change.
- Strong delegation skills (without giving up responsibility, control, or authority).
