Our Network office is located at 401 W 218th St., New York, NY 10034. Our Network team follows a hybrid work schedule: we work in-person from our office on Tuesdays and Thursdays with optional remote days on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, if your team’s scope of work permits.
Deliver powerful results
To achieve our vision, we are searching for an In-House Project Manager, Construction, with a Bachelor’s degree (related field is preferred, such as construction management or project management), and at least 4-5+ years of work experience in construction management who is fueled by a passion for team success and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Oversees external development of Zeta’s new facilities to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to Zeta’s specified excellence and safety standards
- Oversees and manages all aspects of building renovations and major facility projects from start to finish
- Responsible for negotiating and managing master service agreements with construction and maintenance vendors, to support our annual repair and maintenance cycle
- Responsible for planning, budgeting, scheduling, monitoring progress, and proactively flagging and resolving issues
- Manages internal stakeholders and external vendors and construction personnel, ensuring they work efficiently, effectively, and with accountability
- Maintains effective and efficient records of construction project progress by leveraging spreadsheets and project management software and provides timely and regular updates to internal Zeta teammates
- Tracks all items to completion by developing scalable systems for tracking project issues and progress
- Wear multiple hats as a part of a lean startup-up team, supporting the work of others on the team and taking on new projects and tasks as needed

We are hiring for an immediate opening and onboarding on a rolling basis. The salary range for this position is between $90,000 and $120,000. New hires can expect to be brought into the organization at a salary at or near the start of the range, depending on relevant experience in construction project management and internal equity. Compensation is based on our salary scales. This position is eligible to receive an annual discretionary, merit-based performance bonus.
