Deliver powerful results

To achieve our vision, we are searching for a Director of Middle and High School Design with a Master’s Degree, and at least 8 years of experience with a proven record of leading excellent outcomes in education.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design of middle school and high school at Zeta to create world-class, next-generation learning experiences at scale
• Create innovative schooling approaches that will uphold our Zeta school design of innovation culture, rigorous academics, mind-body-heart, and family wow
• Build middle and high school design approaches that lead to excellent academic and social-emotional outcomes for Zeta students
• Design middle and high school processes and planning documents such as: graduation requirements, class schedules, progress reports, scopes of curriculum content, assessment sequences, grading approaches, clubs, and family partnership processes
• Seek to understand and effectively incorporate feedback from executive level leadership, academics team members, school staff, families, and students into the design of our schools 
• Collaborate exceptionally effectively with network and school teams to design using stakeholders' insights
• Wear multiple hats as a part of a lean startup-up team, supporting the work of others on the team and taking on new projects and tasks as needed

We are hiring for immediate openings and onboarding on a rolling basis. The salary range for this position is between $110,000 and $140,000. New hires can expect to be brought into the organization at a salary at or near the start of the range, depending on relevant educational leadership experience and internal equity. This position is eligible to receive an annual discretionary, merit-based performance bonus.
