Zendesk helps companies build better relationships with their customers. As a key member of this fast growing team, the RFP Proposal Coordinator will work collaboratively across Sales, Presales and many internal teams. You will bring your incredible organization skills and join forces with Legal, Security, Product etc, to research and build clear, compelling, persuasive and accurate responses to a wide range of RFx and Tender requests. You will also work closely with other Proposal Coordinator team members to monitor and refine the existing RFx processes and help drive a global discipline around the RFx Center of Excellence.
