The EMEA Business Operations Manager is responsible for driving efficiency and effectiveness within the EMEA regional marketing team. This role will focus on synchronizing teams, enhancing marketing processes, systems, and tools to ensure seamless operations and program managing Showcase events in EMEA. The perfect candidate will possess a robust background in operations, exceptional analytical abilities, strong program management skills, and the capacity to collaborate effectively across diverse departments and stakeholder levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Management:

    • Develop and implement marketing processes and workflows to streamline operations aligned with the global marketing organization.
    • Oversee the daily operations of the EMEA regional marketing team to ensure timely and accurate execution of marketing campaigns.
    • Ensure marketing projects are delivered on time and within scope.
    • Management and oversight of regional budget and travel allocations.

  • Serve as the liaison between HQ and the Localization/Transcreation team, setting and supporting deadlines, conducting content QA, and managing asset organization.
  • Adhere to and implement Business Operations and Experiential Marketing standards and best practices to maintain consistency across regions.
  • Collaborate with regional marketing and sales teams to analyze Showcase reporting and compile programmatic summaries.
  • Act as the intermediary for regions and Creative team to ensure regional teams have access to the appropriate Zendesk branding and Creative assets.
  • Regularly partner with other regional Business Operations Program Managers and the Experiential Marketing team to promote knowledge sharing and brainstorming across regions.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:

    • Analyze business operations data to inform strategic decisions.
    • Develop reports to support business operations management.
    • Track and report on business performance metrics.
  • Training

    • Manage training documentation and schedule trainings for new hires
    • Track team progress against mandatory company training programs
    • Create documentation for marketing to communicate and train sales and SOPs on new reporting methodologies
    • Ensure marketing teams are included in martech training when applicable
  • Collaboration and Communication:

    • Work closely with global marketing teams to align regional marketing strategies.
    • Facilitate communication within the marketing team and with other departments to ensure alignment and transparency.
    • Assist regional marketers in vendor management and contracting to help with process efficiencies
  • Process Improvement:

    • Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead initiatives to enhance efficiency in alignment with the global marketing org.
    • Develop and document standard operating procedures for regional marketing activities.

  • Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of experience in business operations, program management, or a related role.
    • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools and techniques.
    • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
