We are looking for an Advanced Marketing Analytics Lead to join our dynamic marketing team in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. As an Advanced Marketing Analytics Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving our marketing efforts through advanced analytics, providing valuable insights and strategies for effective decision-making.

What you'll be doing
- Develop and implement a data science strategy that supports our marketing objectives, promoting growth and enhancing customer experiences.
- Apply your knowledge of predictive modeling and machine learning algorithms to enhance lead scoring, database segmentation, marketing attribution, and other related areas.
- Oversee the analysis of large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights that can shape effective marketing strategies and tactics.
- Communicate findings to our marketing and executive leadership teams, providing actionable recommendations that align with our business goals.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product, and IT, to integrate and leverage analytics throughout the organization.
- Ensure flawless data integration and consistency across various platforms and teams.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and innovations in data science and marketing analytics, incorporating successful methods into our organization.
- Drive continuous improvement of data science methodologies and tools to enhance our marketing performance.
- Establish and maintain data governance standards and practices, ensuring data integrity and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Work closely with our data engineering and IT teams to optimize data collection, storage, and analysis processes.

What you bring to the role
- Bachelor's or Masters degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a data science role with a focus on marketing analytics.
- Advance skills in data science programming languages (e.g., Python, R) and database languages (e.g., SQL).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven experience with machine learning, statistical modeling, and other advanced analytics techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable marketing insights.
- Exceptional leadership abilities and experience managing a team.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively presenting insights and influencing decision-makers.
- Advance knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
