The Role: 

As a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner, you will support various business unit leaders with their hiring needs. In this role, you will play a proactive part in diversifying our candidate pool and hiring the most qualified talent who will add to our culture. Additionally, you will contribute to improving our internal processes, analyzing tools to better support our recruiting efforts, and develop plans on best practices. You will report to the Senior Director of Global Talent Acquisition, based in California, US.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Owning the full-cycle recruiting from applicants, sourcing, and screening candidates to making successful offers, including negotiating the terms and conditions for roles globally.
  • Using a combination of passive and active recruiting techniques to build and engage networks, assess, and hire exceptional talent.
  • Hiring the best talent along with establishing rapport with hiring teams internally, and acting as a true advisor on talent best practices.
  • Providing recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers and HR professionals with hiring and employment data.
  • Ensuring we are providing a timely response to our candidates and hiring team.
  • Utilizing our ATS (Lever) and other recruiting software to track applicants through the pipeline.
  • Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of Yubico.
  • Implementing any new processes and fine tuning standard processes for recruiting that fits within Yubico's mission.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 7+ years experience in full-cycle recruitment; including experience working across multiple business units (e.g., Engineering, Sales, Security, Supply Chain, etc) across the globe.
  • Excellent communication, prioritization, and negotiation skills along with the ability to create the best hiring experience.
  • Ability to conduct different types of interviews (e.g., structured, competency-based and behavioral).
  • Experience working with an ATS, knowledge in Lever is a bonus.
  • Experience working with LinkedIn Recruiter and any other recruiting/sourcing tools that facilitate hiring for employees across the organization.
  • You enjoy working in a fast paced international environment (you will have colleagues across the globe) and like having fun!!
  • You possess a solution oriented approach.
