About the Role:

The Sr. Finance Systems Administrator for NetSuite is responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of NetSuite and other integrated systems. You will have a solid understanding of common accounting practices to specifically support our Finance team using NetSuite. This role reports directly to the Sr. Director of Business Operations.

Other locations throughout EMEA will be considered for this role.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first line of defense for our NetSuite instance and peripheral systems, performing day-to-day troubleshooting and responding to end user questions via Jira tickets, slack channels and email.
  • Work closely with product owners to resolve tickets (e.g., issues, bugs and improvements).
  • Handle administrative functions including user maintenance, access and roles, ensuring appropriate segregation of duties, modification of page layouts, generation of reports and dashboards, creation of new fields and other routine tasks.
  • Receive change requests for improvements or changes to the system, and implement these changes as appropriate.
  • Liaise with developers/consultants when needed.
  • Automate processes using NetSuite tools (e.g., maintaining, improving and developing workflows).
  • Ensure system performance and best practices when customizing solutions and automations. 
  • Assist in managing system integrations. 
  • Develop training material, train new users, and grow the NetSuite skill set across the organization.
  • Ensure solution documentation and when applicable update current documentation.
  • Support end user requirements.
  • Assist end users with reporting requests, such as saved searches, dashboards, and report building, setting up administrative data (e.g., accounting periods for Finance). You will provide support to users across multiple time zones.
  • Play a role in testing for system implementations and integration.
  • Other special projects as required.

Skills & Experience:

  • At least 4+ years NetSuite administration experience.
  • At least 5+ years working in a finance systems role.
  • Experience with accounting functions and finance terms.
  • Proven experience and understanding of financial processes.
  • NetSuite Administrator Certification is a bonus.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills (Fluent in English).
  • Ability to effectively manage tight workload and deadlines.
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders.
