The Role:
Yubico is looking for an HR Business Partner to strengthen our global HR team, with focus on the EMEA and APJ region. You will work closely with both the regional and global HR teams, reporting to the HR Director EMEA & APJ, to ensure we continue to provide first class human resource guidance to the business. To be successful in the role, you are a trusted partner to the business, providing guidance on all employment related matters. Furthermore, you have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships on all levels throughout the organization.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Coach, counsel and advise on strategic plans, such as performance management, employee relations and compensation planning, diversity and inclusion
- Partner with business leaders to manage day-to-day employee relations issues, in line with local legislation
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Lead cultural and organizational change efforts
- Conduct workplace investigations and provide Employee Relations subject matter expertise across the company
- Provide guidance and input on workforce planning, succession planning, compensation, promotions, lateral transfers, re-leveling, benchmarking, etc.
- Maintaining data in the HRIS and working with its reporting function and dashboarding to provide data analytics and insights
- Build strong relationships throughout the organization and influence key stakeholder decision-making
- Support our day-to-day HR operations including, but not limited, to, handling employee onboarding and offboarding, working with outsourced payroll etc.
Skills & Experience:
- University degree within Human Resource Management or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience in Sweden with solid knowledge of Swedish employment law
- Demonstrated experience from partnering with leaders to provide HR guidance and foster a high-performance culture
- Business acumen with strategic mindset to solve problems effectively while making sound decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Swedish and English
- Experience from international organizations is a plus, especially in the European Community
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Experience from working with outsourced payroll partners is a strong advantage
- Based in Stockholm
