We’re looking for a dynamic and strategic Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our Product Marketing team! In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of driving customer engagement, retention, and growth by developing and executing comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategies. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams like Product and Marketing to digitalize customer service touchpoints, transforming our product into a more self-service solution. This digitalization will empower our customers to be more self-sufficient, enhancing their overall experience and creating valuable connections throughout their journey with us. By improving these touchpoints, you’ll help boost customer retention and foster advocacy among our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
This role encompasses a diverse range of areas, including lifecycle marketing strategy, customer enablement, engagement and retention campaigns, growth marketing, customer advocacy, and data-driven insights.
- Develop and implement a lifecycle marketing strategy that enhances customer engagement, retention, and loyalty.
- Map out the customer journey and create targeted marketing campaigns for each stage.
- Design and deliver customer enablement programs, such as onboarding and training sessions.
- Develop self-service resources like knowledge bases and tutorials.
- Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive engagement and retention.
- Implement loyalty and rewards programs to encourage customer retention.
- Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Create targeted marketing campaigns aimed at increasing customer lifetime value.
- Build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders to drive advocacy and referrals.
- Manage customer advocacy programs, including events and user groups.
- Utilize customer data and analytics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track marketing effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, growth marketing, customer marketing, or customer retention marketing within a SaaS B2B environment.
- A growth-minded marketer with 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing roles.
- Proven track record of driving customer engagement, retention, and growth through effective marketing initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- A passion for customer success and a deep understanding of SaaS business models.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
